The Bride’s Maid can plan your entire wedding, coordinate your plans, or assist in final preparations, as well as manage all the details on the wedding day itself. The Bride’s Maid’s services are tailored to your individual needs. With these goals in mind, we provide the following services:

• Regular meetings and status updates
• Advise on matters of etiquette
• Consult with you to develop a style and theme
• Assist in finding ceremony and reception sites
• Considering budget and taste, advise on choice of vendors
• Design the wedding site and /or reception site
• Assist in selecting linens and other décor
• Guide you in selection and ordering stationery items
• Advise in choosing accessories
• Attend meetings, and maintain contact with vendors
• Contact vendors to confirm timelines for their services
• Direct and/or coordinate the rehearsal dinner
• Create timelines for the wedding day
• Supervise the ceremony and reception
• Start family and bridal party down the aisle
• Be liaison with ceremony and reception staff
• Advise master of ceremony in event transitions during reception
• Direct the rehearsal, wedding, and reception
• Supply personnel to assist based on wedding size
• Assist family and attendants at wedding
